Where do you shoot sessions?
I primarily shoot sessions in Downriver, Michigan, where our local parks and cities provide plenty of great options for diverse backgrounds in your portraits. While I do offer sessions further away, please note that there will be a minimal travel fee added to those bookings.
Do you ever shoot in studios?
There are several studios available for rent in the area. We can schedule a studio session if you’d like. The pricing will be customized to account for any extra costs associated with the rental fee.
What time will my session begin?
We should plan to shoot during the last two hours of daylight, as this is when the light is softest and results in stunning images.
Where do I change my outfits?
I bring a changing tent to each outdoor session for privacy during outfit changes.
What is your estimated turnaround time?
For senior clients, you can expect a turnaround time of 4 to 6 weeks from the date of your session to when you can pick up your product. Various factors may either delay or expedite this timeframe, but this is the standard.
For portrait clients, the expected turnaround time is about 2 to 3 weeks from your session date until you receive your downloadable gallery.
Am I required to place print orders through you?
For my senior clients, I offer both print and digital file collections. If you prefer to print on your own, I can guide you to a photo lab.
For my portrait clients, if you would like to order prints through my lab in addition to receiving the digital files, we can place an order.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, personal checks, Venmo, and PayPal are all accepted.
Are digital files included in senior sessions?
Print and digital collections are available at an additional cost and can be customized to meet your needs. A product pricing guide can be provided before booking to ensure that I meet your budget.
